We are now working with a fast-growing Chartered Building Consultancy based in Kingston, established in 2014 by the current Director the due to an already successful few years the practice is now looking to expand the team with additional Building Surveyors from Graduate Surveyor up to Associate Director level.
The practice covers Kingston, Surrey and London, undertaking several projects in these areas to include sales & acquisitions, building surveys, party walls and end to end property management. To be considered you must have experience as a Building Surveyor and preferably from the residential sector, although commercial may also be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct full building surveys on residential properties
- Residential Valuations (Red Book)
- Party Wall Matters
- Manage and develop client relationships
- Source new clients
Skills & Experience Required
- Residential surveying experience (commercial may be considered)
- Valuation experience preferable, not essential
- Full UK driving licence and car
- RICS accredited
What You Get Back
- £20,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience level
