We're currently working very closely with one of the UK's well known Cloud-Native MSP's on their recruitment growth this year and with this in mind they're looking to rapidly expand their commercial side of the business by hiring a number of Sales Directors to join the team.

The role is a very senior one within the business and the focus will be on maximising opportunities with existing enterprise clients, whilst also having the opportunity to expand your own network even further and close some of your own multi-million pound deals in the enterprise hybrid cloud space.

Alongside this, it would also be nice to have the following experience:

  • Exposure to working in a Account Director or Engagement Manager role previously, ideally within consulting or MSP
  • Experience working across the hybrid public cloud (Azure, AWS & GCP)
  • Track record of nurturing enterprise accounts and growing them
  • Track record of closing deals anywhere from £500k through to £5m+
  • Enterprise-level solution selling - knowing the complexities, politics, sales cycles, etc of large customers and solution selling
  • Experience with enterprise RFP and complex sales processes
  • Experience from working directly with C-level stakeholders and senior IT executives

Whilst the majority of these skills are great to have, ultimately they're looking for a ambitious individual who strives to improve themselves on a daily basis both in their career and their technical skillset.
