This Data Privacy Analyst. This team will partner with resources across the remediation project, LOBs and the technology organization to drive remediation exercises relating to personal data.
Along with the Key Responsibilities outlined below, this role will act as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by helping to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Execute and implement standard remediation patterns that meet the objectives of the Data Privacy Initiative.
Support the implementation of automated data scanning and data discovery capabilities including helping define requirements for these efforts.
Where appropriate, provide guidance and subject matter expertise to support business and technology application resources in their remediation planning and execution activities.
Develop deep and broad partnership across business, technology and operations teams.
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization
Provide leadership in the most challenging and complex areas of functional design activities
Experience in complex data analysis across multiple systems, data migration / systems integration design, user experience expert, user interface expert.
Mentors and guides less experienced staff. May ultimately manage a small team of managed resources.

10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
2 + years of technology management experience
3+ years of experience in data architecture and strategy
5+ YEARS OF DATA ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience writing or updating business documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), testing matrices or scenarios, user guides and procedures
1+ year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle including various documentation techniques, participating in testing activities, and developing metadata
* Proven problem-solving skills and customer focus
* Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams in pursuit of organizational goals
