Our client is the UK's largest independent Estate Agents with a network of over 100 branches nationwide. They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join the Land & New Homes team based in Loughborough.
The Land & New Homes team offer advice to clients from locating the ideal land, design and layout strategy to the marketing of the project. You will mostly be working with Housing Associations, House builders and Developers looking for their next new build, conversion or large refurbishment project. Working as part of Regional Management Team you will manage unit sales from reservation to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximise value of your clients' projects and developments
- Business development
- Management and development of sales teams
- Recognise cross-selling opportunities
- Keep up to date on property news and current events
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record in Land & New Homes sector
- Experience in running a team
- Full UK driving licence
What You Get Back
- £25,000 - £35,000
- OTE of £45,000
- Company car (BMW 1 Series)
