Supporter Care and Database Manager

We are seeking and experienced Supporter Care and Database Manager to Work as part of the Fundraising Leadership Team for a group of Hospices who are leaders in compassionate end of life care.

Position: Supporter Care and Database Manager

Salary: £33,894- £35,073

Location: Warwick with some home working flexibility

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the role:

As Supporter Care and Database Manager you will maximise the quality and efficient use of data to enable voluntary income to be optimised and targets to be met.

This role is responsible for the management of the Donorflex CRM System which incorporates all data for fundraising, communications and engagement purposes and for the Donor & Supporter Care Team who input the majority of the data and information into the system.

Working as part of the Fundraising Leadership Team and collaboratively across the department, you will take ownership for the delivery of high-quality data processing, ensuring systems capture the right data about supporters so the charity can plan more defined activity to raise the voluntary income needed to deliver services.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be able to identify how to optimise and improve the systems capability and be comfortable managing GDPR compliance, data imports and exports, and be able to provide technical solutions at the same time as understanding how data supports the success of fundraising and marketing campaigns.

Key skills and experience include:

* donor care experience
* Working with a charity CRM or similar customer database
* Understanding of donor communication preferences
* Experience of Project Management
* Understanding of Data Protection legislation & Information Governance
* Data and Information Management
* Experience of coaching or training others to understand and use data / management information
